Shipping times and costs
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost is €6 in Italy and €10 throughout Europe.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, the prices displayed include VAT.
What are the average delivery times?
The average delivery time is 5-6 working days, with 1-2 extra days for Islands. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
In the event of a greater influx of orders (such as sales, promotions or the Christmas period), delivery times may be slowed down for a few days, even due to causes outside our control.
Shipping to Europe can take between 8-10 working days.
Can I choose the delivery time?
It is not possible to choose the delivery time slot. We invite you to contact the shipping company directly for further information.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
It is not possible to change the address after the order is completed. To make any changes it is necessary to communicate it to our Customer Service before processing the order.
Returns and refunds
Can I return the purchased item?
Of course, if the purchase did not meet your expectations we offer you the possibility of making a return.
Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.

How do I activate a return?

How long do I have to return the goods?
You will be able to return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package.
The return is free.
As soon as the return arrives at our warehouse we will immediately proceed with the refund request (after having checked the goods).
I received a faulty/incorrect item. What can I do?
Contact our Customer Service who will organize free collection and a full refund of your purchase for you.
Can I exchange a purchased item?
If you want a different item we invite you to request a refund and proceed with a new order.
If I throw away the tags can I still return them?
The presence of intact tags is a fundamental requirement for your return to be accepted, so we recommend not throwing them away or detaching them from the garment, leaving the seal intact.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
Returns are free for purchases over €79.
For purchases under €79, transport costs will be deducted, which amount to €6 for Italy and €10 for all of Europe.
What are the reimbursement times and methods?
From the day we receive the return at our warehouses and carry out the quality control on the item, we proceed to activate the refund procedure.
Refund times through the credit card issuer are quick, but do not depend on our will.
Due to banking times, it takes up to 30 working days from the day on which we communicate acceptance of the return to you by email to obtain a refund for cash payments. For information on the refund procedure already started, you can contact us at our Customer Service
